Cloud Servers FAQ
Q: Are cloud servers self-built?
A: The cloud servers we currently sell are all from Amazon Web Services (https://aws.amazon.com/), and there are corresponding EC2 instances in the backend of Amazon Web Services.
Q: Are there cloud servers from other public cloud providers?
A: Currently, we only provide instances from Amazon Web Services (https://aws.amazon.com/) temporarily. Later, we will add Alibaba Cloud International (https://www.alibabacloud.com/) and Azure (https://azure.microsoft.com/).
Q: What if the cloud server doesn't have the availability zone I want?
A: If the availability zone you want is not available on the official website, you can directly submit a ticket to us, and we will arrange to add the availability zone you want.
Q: Since cloud servers come from public cloud providers, why don't I just buy directly from the public cloud provider instead of purchasing from your official website?
A: Purchasing from our website saves you the hassle of authentication, risk control, etc., and we support monthly billing with monthly discounts.
Q: Can I manage my servers through sub-accounts of public cloud providers?
A: Yes, you can. If necessary, please submit a ticket for further information.
