This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to your use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Era Cloud Solution and our website (including https://www.eracs.me/) (hereinafter referred to as "ERACS").

By using the Services or accessing "ERACS," you agree to the latest version of this Policy.

You may not use, assist, or allow others to use the Services for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities;
• Infringement of the rights of others;
• Threatening, inciting, propagating, or actively encouraging violence, terrorism, or other severe harm;
• Any content or activities promoting child exploitation or sexual abuse;
• Violation of the integrity or availability of any user, network, computer, or communication system, including intranet attacks, ARP hijacking (whether active or passive), large-scale DDoS attacks (external or active attacks);
• Distributing, publishing, sending, or assisting in the sending of unsolicited mass emails or other messages, promotions, advertisements, or solicitations (or "spam").

If such issues are identified, we will suspend all services under the account. Please submit a work order to negotiate backup transfer.

Once complaints of phishing, fraud, viruses, trojans, etc., arise, all services under the account will be handled according to the situation, including but not limited to: locking until expiration, immediate termination (without backup time), etc.

In accordance with laws and regulations, when the law enforcement agency where the server is located issues a valid search warrant or relevant certificates, we will cooperate with the law enforcement agency to provide relevant data in accordance with the law while protecting the rights and interests of users as much as possible.
